Mr. Johnson has a strong business development background. Excellent networking, training, public speaking and written communication abilities coupled with team building and organizational skills which have been used to develop and execute targeted business development and marketing plans. Primarily responsible for developing and executing plans for new area penetration and the development of relationships with strategic business partners from New England to the Mid-Atlantic in the Higher Educational and Developer market segments. He is thoroughly integrated into the higher educational/institutional market through board positions with Second Nature, IFMA AFC and APPA. He has a civil engineering degree from Northeastern University and is a Certified Facility Manager through IFMA. He has also authored and published a book entitled "Business Development for Professionals" on Amazon.
